The Design And Implementation Of A Purchasing Management System Based On The Telecom Industry

Purchasing management informationization is an important component of the enterprise informatization. According to the actual business process of a state-owned enterprise, how to analysis and design the purchasing management system is necessary to improve the enterprise purchasing efficiency and reduce the enterprise purchasing cost. This thesis aims to the state-owned enterprise actual purchasing business needs, the thesis analysises and designs the enterprise actual purchasing business management information system. The system basically satisfies the actual enterprise demand.The electronic purchasing business process of the successful group headquarters and the provinces branch have been already put online to construct a whole system platform.It is designed on the B/S framework with the mature enterprise-class object-oriented language named J2EE and the MVC model. The traditional JSP technology is used in the presentation layer, the architecture of Struts +Spring+Jdbc is designed in the control layer and the database named DB2 is used to management data. The data access and legality is put into the intermediate processing.Client does not directly connect with the database but using the tools of the component. In addition, the communication and information exchange is put to use between the purchasing system and other management systems such as the ERP system, the portal system, the HR system,the PMS system, the master data management system.After online, the work of the purchasing staff become easier and the cost of purchasing become lower. The management goal can be reached to inprove the enterprise purchasing efficiency.It is signality to get a further optimization of electronic purchasing processes and realize the traceability purchasing business.
