Research To Indirect Purchasing MIS Analysis & Design

With more and more enterprise managers are paying attention to the profits comes from the indirect procurement cost reduction, more and more enterprises will begin to use a new indirect procurement way of centralized procurement, joint purchase or purchasing outsourcing which can save more cost. In order to solve the management challenge of indirect purchasing function, we need to use more information technologies to the management of indirect purchasing, and we need to design and develop a special management information system for indirect purchasing.Based on the analysis and design to indirect purchasing management information system of general medical group, combined with concern theory of MIS analysis and design, this paper describe a set of object-oriented indirect purchasing management information system analysis and design method. Using UML to analyze and model the important cases and workflow of indirect purchasing management information system, adopting J2EE five layer architecture as indirect purchasing management information system structure, expounds the indirect purchasing management information system framework and specific function analysis and design.The indirect purchasing management information system can automatically complete the approval process to indirect purchase requirement and purchase order, generate and issue purchase order and receiving reports, charge cost and arrange payment. The system can handle the whole indirect purchasing process management and record all kinds of informations.
