In recent years, with the rapid development of global economy, fake commodities emerge in endlessly, Anti-counterfeiting technology played a big role on people's legitimate rights and interests. At present, our country anti-counterfeiting industry has formed a complete industrial chain. Strengthen the relationship of industry enterprises, research institutions, universities and co-operation with international anti-counterfeiting technology to enhance exchanges and cooperation in the field of industrial development has become a top priority. Anti-counterfeiting industry technology innovation service platform construction arises at the historic momentBased on anti-counterfeiting industry technology innovation service platform as application project background and B/S model and Java EE as technical background, this thesis studied MVC design patterns in software system application and Java EE project design and implementation issues.Starting from the study of MVC design patterns, this thesis studied relationships and work process of parts of the MVC design patterns. Thesis studied Java EE technology and lightweight framework Struts-Spring-Hibernate technology, analyzed the structure and characteristics of each frame. To improve anti-fake patents search speed, the thesis studied the full-text search tool Lucene, the overall architecture of Lucene are analyzed. Lucene was used on indexing and retrieval of anti-fake patents to improve the performance of patents searches. Thesis analyzed user needs, divided system functions logically, and described the function of each module. The system non-functional requirements has been stipulated. Thesis studied the system architecture, designed the business module,database and lucene search engine. Based on the design of the platform, we realized the system platform. After testing, the system works well, the system structure and hierarchy has good flexibility and scalability.System design is completed and put into operation, the results achieved the desired design goals.
