Safe Enterprise Products Research And Application Based On Quick Response Code And Digital Watermark

The phenomenon of counterfeit has been serious in the market nowadays. The fake and shoddy products have made great loss to our country, the enterprises and the consumers. Through making the accurate and confidential logo to the goods, it can effectively eliminate the product counterfeiting and falsifying products against the fake and shoddy impact, and other issues. At the same time, how to make the product identified properly by consumers has been one of the hardest problems for the product manufactures to concern.To solve this problem, this paper aimed at the current status of product markets and anti-counterfeiting technology, summarizes the basic conditions which anti-counterfeiting technology of products should meet, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of product anti-counterfeiting technology. Also, as the widely use of two dimensional bar code in logistics management and the remarkable achievements of digital watermarking technology in the field of anti-counterfeiting, the combination of bar code and digital watermarking technology is studied. The application methods and the corresponding results of the combination of both technology in the field of anti-counterfeiting are analyzed in comparison. And based on the analysis, this paper proposes a new strong robust digital watermarking algorithms, in which Quick Response(QR) code image is a carrier image. So that, an anti-counterfeiting QR code image can be got by being embed with watermark information. Finally, based on the anti-counterfeiting QR code, this paper provides enterprises with a practical and low-cost anti-counterfeiting system. Also, this paper makes demand analysis, system design, detail design and main function implementations to anti-counterfeiting system, achieve an anti-counterfeiting system prototype based on anti-counterfeiting QR code which from factory completed to sales terminal.A practical and low-cost solution of product anti-counterfeiting based on two dimensional bar code and digital watermarking technology in this paper, which can meet the anti-counterfeiting demands of common enterprises, reduce the market losses of corporate, play a important role of purifying the order of market, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
