With computers and the internet being more and more widely used, order management system has been necessary for most enterprises. However, traditional order management system has some problems while running. We should develop uniform supply chain business and operation platform based on domestic trades, export trades, project and prototype etc. The way of manual order evaluation cannot satisfy the needs of users. Under such situation, the new-style order management system described in this paper is developed. This system improves the traditional supply chains and enhances the entire service level. This system took UML as a tool for designing and analyzing requirements of order-evaluation work with the idea of Object-Oriented. According to the characteristic of system, we use oracle database and take Windows operating system as the running platform, and adopt Struts2 architecture based on techniques such as MVC, XML, Jsp, Servlet and Java programming language to implement the system. We described the background and necessity of developing order management systems, and we introduced the research status home and abroad. In the stage of conclusion, we gave descriptions for the total business and each function module, and then we showed the architecture of the system. In the stage of system requirement analysis, we analyzed the business contents of each component in the system via the method of UML. In the stage of design and implementation, we analyzed and designed the flow of whole business and the process and methods of designing database. We gave detailed solutions for order forecast evaluation, order constraint evaluation, write-offs of orders and automatic evaluation. At last, we took a brief view of the current situation and future application of the system, and gave a blue print for improving the system.
