NFC(Near Field Communication) is a short-range communications technology evolved by RFID and internet technology. NFC is widely used in smartphones on payment because the advantage of low cost, easy to use and easy to integrate encryption function. Nowadays, major Phone brand have integrated NFC into the last Products, applications on NFC Technology obtains more attention. Developed Technology increases the ability to counterfeit and decreases counterfeit account. In additional, on-line shopping offers more channels for taking counterfeited goods into market. A normative Anti-counterfeit system urgent needs to be developed. Base on two points above, the article proposes an Anti-counterfeit plan based on NFC, and designs a NFC base-band IP suited for the plan which will be used in NFC Anti-counterfeit tag. The NFC Anti-counterfeit plan consists of NFC function in smartphones, NFC Anti-counterfeit tag and server management system, has advantage of high security, easy management and convenience and is suitable for developing a integrated Anti-counterfeit system.First, the article proposes NFC Anti-counterfeit plan, elaborates the flow of Anti-counterfeit in detail, expands SM3 cryptographic hash algorithm to be suitable for NFC Anti-counterfeit plan, and plans the function of NFC base-band IP based on the demand of NFC Anti-counterfeit plan. Then, the author analysis ISO/IEC 14443-A protocol and design NFC base-band IP based on it to be satisfied with both 14443-A protocol and NFC Anti-counterfeit plan demand. Finally, a feasibility evaluation is give by Microcontroller, proved that the plan can be realized. The whole function and each of block verification of NFC base-band IP and physical design are operated in EDA tools.Controlling initial state, dynamic refresh encoding, address shielding, and clock gating technology are employed in design to meet the demand of NFC Anti-counterfeit plan, and the design is finished in RTL with abundant consideration on area and power consume and is verified by NC-Verilog. Based on smic 0.18 um technology, design has been synthesized by Design Compiler tool, physical design has been realized by Cadence EDI tools and DRC/LVS has been verified by Calibre. The circuit design of NFC base-band has a power of 29.84 uw, a area of 67925um2 after Synthesis and a area of 115324.2367um2 after P&R with correct function, meet the requirement of NFC Anti-counterfeit plan.
