Design And Implementation Of Core Modules In Science And Technology Project Management Platform

The government agencies starting using more and more of modern information technology in their management and service functions, access to the rapid development of e-government. E-government can significantly improve the efficiency of government departments and promote the communication and collaboration within and between departments, science and technology project management platform is one of the manifestations of e-government.Since 2006, the science and technology project management platform as a project management tools for a ministry of the nation (hereinafter referred to as a ministry), has brought great convenience to the ministry. The frequent changes and the long maintenance make the scalability and flexibility of the platform very important.
