The nature of collaboration management products includes collaborative product development based on informatization platform, supporting heterogeneous system integration and data sharing of heterogeneous data, with open system interfaces able to be extended, improving the product life cycle management. Now the research theory and methods of system integration focus on what frame and what interface to be adopted, yet the heterogeneous data integration between systems almost remains at theory level; there is still a long way to go within providing a more complete integration of components and collaboration model for a variety of data structures and data changes. In this thesis, soft collaborative components on the basis of product design and application technology are comprehensively studied and practiced.On the basis of current situation of manufacturer informatization, design ideas of separating business logic and function logic are proposed. The manufacturing information platform framework is divided into three layers: data layer, business model layer and application layer, establishing system reconstruction system based on the business model, designing the operating mechanism and workflow of informatization platform, creating platform-based interface integration and development tools, providing a foundation for the demand for easy configuration and collaborative product development.On the basis of situation of product data incapable of effective transferring between systems caused by processing manufacturer informatization system heterogeneous and data heterogeneous, the process-oriented system integration approach is adopted, with format XML document as medium for data storage and data transmission. Via the systems platform integration tools, the problem of product failed to work collaboratively caused by system heterogeneous and data heterogeneous is solved.On the basis of the situation of product design process manufacturing feature extraction, with the help of open system interfaces and API function provided by three-dimensional CAD, manufacturing information was extracted and transferred to date base of informatization platform by the establishment of co-development component. According to the information above, with the development of reasoning mechanism, the process route was generated automatically and subsequently the process of products was completed by processing equipment, which realized the collaborative product development.The research results have been applied in integrating development of collaborative product model components of manufacturing information systems. In the thesis the case of the product collaborative model is introduced, playing a promoting role in the development of PLM system.
