With the economic globalization and market internationalization, As the competitions among enterprises become more and more serious, and the production processes become increasingly complex, finding an efficient way to realize collaboration between different processes of industries is necessary for enterprises. The concept of computer supported cooperative work(CSCW) is the Theoretical support for this. The research objective of CSCW is how to use computer technology, network communication and multimedia technology to make different groups work together. Those groups may distributed in scattered places.In collaborative work, it is very important to send messages to each user accurate and timely. With the rapid development of communication technology, People's communication mode is varied, Integrated Multi-channel Messaging Model Supporting for Business Collaboration can meet the various requirements of different users, it integrated various communication mode and can add new communication mode, which have strong expansibility. It can be used as a stand-alone web service in many different business systems, providing the message alert, coordination in different business process and assist execution of business process. It can dispose any input message from the three kinds of communications, and then send it out according to the requirement of different users. Therefore, this model can facilitate the communication among different users, promote the information sharing, and improve the integrity between different enterprise services.In this paper, we introduced integration of three kinds of communications, such as Email, SMS and IM, and realizing transformation of each other. In the process of integration, we analyzed xml format and protocol requirement of three messages, and proposed a common message format, which compatible three message format and can be extended. Meanwhile, we also analyzed how to use XSLT to transformation of message format. The key point of solving the integration of different messages is to realize the compatibility among different message formats. XML becomes the standard of data representation and exchange since it was introduced by the W3C in 1998. It adopts XSLT to heterogeneously transform XML documents, which realizes the compatibility and integration between different kinds of messages.The main innovative points of this paper:1. Proposing a integrated multi-channel messaging model, and analyzed a idea for supporting business collaboration of enterprise.2. Designing a multi-channel messaging system and realizing transformation of each other, which was applied to JiaRun textile process management system.This model is being applied to JiaRun textile process management system, which is used to communication among users and delivery deadline alert. Finally, we make a summary for research works of integrated multi-channel messaging model and propose a development direction for future works.
