The purpose of composing this essay is to analyze the consumption characteristics and habits of the customer data mining. With the applying of the Decision Tree, here we decide the sales strategy followed by verifying the marketing allocation, consequently increase marketing response rate which is rooted in undertaking precise control to potential customers,As the first to be concerned, the main thesis length of this article is a research and analysis of data mining technology of precision marketing demand. Then, we explained the data preparation and pretreatment. We use a Java implementation results. Finally, the algorithm is the core of the spss Clementine software simulation. Therefore, the decision tree effectiveness and feasibility.Below are the primary substances:(1). Exploration of the accurate marketing division via data mining(2). Identification and filter of data, improvement of validity and feasibility and validity(3). Application of decision-tree algorithm to value-added services, mainly embodied in algorithm simulation. Firstly, implant data mining method into the evaluation of reliability and effectiveness of mobile value-added business through precise division. The process takes its roots in marketing research and data mining method in order to provide customer corporate with valuable reflection, finally to realize the expectation of profit increment.
