In modern life,telecom broadband has already become an integral part,the competition among telecommunication operators has become more and more intense since the nation opened the telecom broadband market.In order to take more initiative in the broadband market,telecom operators strengthen the marketing constantly over these years,enriching marketing measures,giving consumers more preferential,implementing a customer-centric and data-centric model rapidly and establishing a telecom broadband targeted marketing system model.The development of data mining technology provides the support technically.Now,the method of customer segmentation in China telecom enterprises is mainly based on experience and simply statistics,without connecting customers and enterprises,which is unable to meet the requirement of broadband development in business.This paper analyzes the telecom operators marketing environment and development status and points out the problems and shortcomings in the current customer relationship management of telecom enterprises.From the point of data mining theory,it makes a detailed analysis on the construction of a targeted marketing system for telecom broadband customers.Firstly,the paper introduces the application value and significance of data mining technology and describes the importance of customer segmentation in telecom industry.Secondly,it designs a new model of customer segmentation,and proposes an optimization scheme of decision tree algorithm.Then it completes telecommunications broadband customer demand for precision marketing system analysis.To achieve customer segmentation,it uses the optimized decision tree algorithm on the software platform for Jiangsu Telecom customers to dig the information data.After that,it designs and develops a targeted broadband marketing program to enhance customer dependency,based on the segmented customer group characteristics.This research indicates that through a detailed analysis for marketing system design and function modules,comparing the telecommunications broadband customer data before and after using the system,the validity and practicability of the system are verified,making it reality to improve the market share of enterprises.
