It uses both of the object-oriented technique and metadata method, which based on the entire NOVA and FLEXNOVA iterative MVC pattern and AJAX technique platforms. The AJAX technique can solve the data-paging problems of data asynchronous transfer process and can design and implement workflow system in telecommunications synthesis service. Iterative MVC pattern realized the separation of performance level and data level. While metadata technology of the entire NOVA development framework achieved the requirements of rapid development, and the metadata model well completed the separation of business logic and user interface. It also solved the dependencies between them, and realized the fast change allocation capability of the business logic.This paper first introduces the workflow system of the telecommunications synthesis system. Then analyzing and studying the workflow system which based on the workflow technology that implements the functional modules of the telecommunications synthesis system. It uses the Primeton Business Process management (Process System, BPS) to design workflow according to the Business needs, then realizes the Process model of flexible customizate configuration. The system uses the SWING technique to realize the page layout and uses the Weblogic server as application server, and uses Oracle as the database server.After system testing, this system has been successful made use of by subsidiary of China telecom of Heilongjiang branches around the cities. It proforms stability and achieves well local business workflow customization, and it also has good expansibility and portability that can easily customize new workflow and can be used as a telecom synthesis service system as a excellent template for the other provinces.
