With the process of global economic integration constantly advancing, Our country's import and export trade increases continuously, Including marine logistics service in which plays a crucial role, and becomes the important component of the modern service industry. Modern services bases on IT technology gradually. At the same time, the development of IT technology also provided the impetus and opportunity for innovation of services model.In this background, this paper constructs the third-party service platform for each role of Marine export business, to integrate the service resources and provide necessary business functions for each participant. We researched individual needs of different roles in the specific business process. Maritime transport services in this paper is divided into three categories of individual: Personalized resource recommendation, business rules based on individual and business process workflow based on the individual. Recommendation technology of personalized resources are primarily user modeling techniques and data mining technology. Through data mining of user history, we can find user interest information, and then use modeling technology to model user information. The main implementation technology of business rules-based personalization technology is rules engine technology, it extractes the codes embedded in the system to the organization of the rules file, and uses engine to match rules and run dynamicly, in order to achieve system flexibility,as well as easy maintenance of business rules; Business process personalization workflow-based is a solution for the changing business,using BPDL for process modeling of business processes, then integrating workflow engine and existing systems to achieve the dynamic deployment and implementation processes. In this paper, the above three personalized are our objects of study.This paper firstly analyzed Marine export business, including participants, business objects and business process. In this process, we find that the service system can make a recommendation for the customer according to customer interest. So we propose to use users' interest model for describing the users' interest. In order to obtain the users' interest, we used data mining technology to analyze the historical data of users. On this basis, according to the recommended of separate resources and the combination of resources, this paper designed the different recommended algorithms.Secondly, we analyze business rules in the process of export business for different roles, and design and extract business rules. In order to meet variability of business rules, we use the form of rules file for preparation and management of business rules. We embedded rules engine named Drools which is open source into the service system, to achieve the deployment and operation of business rules.Then, we analyzed the personalization of customs services and booking service, and design process models. We use JBoss JBPM workflow engine, to achieve the deployment, task allocation and run of process models.Finally, based on the results of the first three chapters, as well as a comprehensive analysis of business requirements, we designed and implemented ocean freight forwarding systems supporting personalization, including the above the personalized design .And we use the open source technology to support personalization features of system.
