In the field of industrial measurement and control,test objects are complex,test parameters are various, and it requires high standard for test speed and test precision. The traditional single-parameter and handworked tests were not suited to the development of productive forces. What's more, some industrial field is difficult to intervene.So,it's necessary to carry out the automatic test and control.This paper has designed a automatic test and control system based on the PXI bus and programmable controller (PLC) , implementing the automated data acquisition such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, oxygen etc.for Main Air Ejector Comprehensive Performance,High Efficiency and Low Noise Thermal Wells Oxygen,and Mobile Next Row test-bed in a institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. The test sub-system is supplied by National Instruments (NI) data acquisition equipments,including the embedded controller, PXI & SCXI chassis, high-speed data acquisition card and signal conditioning modules.Using the graphical programming language LabVIEW to design the PC software,and has achieved device self-test,user account management,data acquisition and storge,real-time data display,alarm logs,report generation,data transmission,and historical data query etc. The test data can be translated through the ethernet to the building offices, conference rooms and other clients. The data acquisition software can be published in the web pages,which the clients can log on through the local browser.The control sub-system is supplied by Panasonic PLC FPX-C30R, with the corresponding analog I/Omodule, digital I/O module. Using the ladder programming language and the touch screen, through a professional configuration software and PID control instructions, to achieve easy and flexible control for the field device, including open-loop digital control, open-loop analog control and closed-loop control etc.The field test shows that, the system architecture is designed reasonable, meeting the requirements for the test in industrial field.
