Basic construction information is the fundamental for basic construction department operation, which is the important basis for all kinds of decisions. Basic construction management has its own space attribute, its job content has close relationship with geographic information, but in the past work, only using simple tables to show A large amount of data,which is collected by construction department, not combine with space attribute, that's the reason why we only got some simple information. This paper focuses on how to use GIS technology to combine attribute data with space attribute, integrate and manage them.This paper combines the needs of college infrastructure management information, with "data collection, demand analysis, system design, system realization" as its main line, through the Windows 2003 Server operating system, by using The net development platform and Power Designer 15 to proceed the demand analysis, by adopting three software architecture modes, and the usage of space data engine ArcSDE, which has characteristic of adding spatial data to relational database SQL Server2005, and establish the geographic database for associated spatial data and attribute data. On this basis, by using Visual Studio 2008 development tool, adopting C programming language with using DoNetBar as three controls, developing management information system in our school, realize the layer management, graphics operation, inquiry under conditions, data edition, map output, document management and other functions.Main contents include six chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the background and significance of this paper, summarizes the progress of research in related fields at home and abroad, and describes the research ideas, contents and research methods used. Chapter 2 involves the related technical methods of this paper, including the framework of SharpMap, NHibernate, Asp.net MVC and CSLA.net. Chapter 3 analysis the system requirement, using UML to divide the user requirements into 5 categories and proposing 3 security requirement and a mixed model based on B/S and C/S. Chapter 4 designs the system, including the outline design and detailed design. The outline design establishes N-tier logical artichitecture and three-tier physical artichitecture and divided the system into 6 modules and 31 sub-modules. In the detailed design, the database and data access layer are designed, meanwhile, logical business layer and system interface are designed respectively by using CSLA.net framework and MDI model. Chapter 5 implements the system, focusing on the realization principle and namespace establishment. This chapter introduces how to realize the function of RBAC-based access control, query statistics, data backup and restore, and license management, combining with the code. Chapter 6 summarizes the full text and raises the research proposals at next stage.The development of this system is from the actual needs of infrastructure in our school, based on GIS technology, using the basic information of basic design construction management and the digital of working process and network management, solved the shortcoming of intuitiveness of traditional fund management intuitive and the weakness of data-handling capacity successfully. It has greatly enhanced the management level and management ability. This system using tripartite tools, which not only use less time to make high-quality products, but also control development time effectively.
