With the rapid development of computer technology, the I/0 internetworking technology cannot meet the demand of current and future high-end computer system.I/O internetworking technology and system structure are facing tremendous reform.PCI Express, RapidI0, HyperTransport, InfiniBand and a seris of new high-perfomance interconnection technology appears in succession. PCI Express is regarded as the next I/0 bus standard among them.The speed of the newest PCI Express v2.0 is the fastest among the applied serial interface bus, and will follow the increasingly serious signal integrity problem.This thesis analyses and solves the signal integrity problem of high speed digital circuits based on PCI Express2.0,the main findings include the following: The paper focuses on the study of PCI Express electrical characteristics and composition and design of LVDS transceiver on the basis of in-depth study of PCI Express protocol and architecture.It examines the SI problem in the high speed serial transfer, introduces differential signal and pairs, and applies modeling analysis to the differential vias, and discusses the via hole ,back drilling technology and the influence of floor hole to SI.This thesis constructs the system architecture of Backplane transmission, establishes periodic line model, and discusses the signal equilibrium problem in high speed serial link.It proceeds repeater to the PCIE2.0 bus high speed serial signal in the backplane interconnected system, which strengthens the signal integrity of high speed signal long-distance transmission.Through the stimulation analysis of multi card system and the observation of simulation eye diagram,it demonstrates that add repeat chip to the system can guarantee the effective transmission of high speed signal ,which is an effective way to solve the problem of backplane interconnected signal integrity.
