With the increasing progress and development of science and technology,The frequency of the electronic equipment become higher and higher.Big data,cloud and so on need to high-speed transmission line to support,Frequency of transmission line from several hundred MHz to now dozens of GHz.Concept of cable in the traditional sense is no longer suitable for high-speed,large data interconnects.The rate of electronic equipment in rapid development makes our life more convenient,at the same time high speed circuit brings many challenges.How to integrally sent the signals has become the focus of the study.Today is not just a transmission line connecting line between different devices,but a system.the signal are influenced by Every variation of the transmission line structure.Signal integrity problems caused by the transmission line is getting worse,so the systematic study of the transmission line is necessary.This paper From basic electromagnetic theory of the Maxwell equations to the basic theory of transmission line comprehensive expound the theory of signal integrity.in the analysis transmission line capacitive inductive reflection,we proposed improvements to scheme of reduce the transmission line capacitive reflection,inductive reflection.Proposed improvement scheme series resistance and gives the relationship with the transmission line resistance in reducing the capacitive reflection.Proposed a variety improvement scheme of combination parallel capacitors resistors in reducing the inductive reflection and comparison with the existing methods have significantly improved results.on the basis of search different transmission line coupling in the distance between the different transmission line coupling length,the rise time of the signal effect different transmission lines near-end crosstalk,we proposed differential microstrip transmission line far end noise is represented by a differential-mode signal component delayed and the common mode signal component.This new distal noise analysis method compared to conventional method inductive coupling minus capacitive coupling is more suitable for the analysis differential microstrip transmission line far end noise.Nowadays the search of differential transmission lines corner on signal integrity a "circuit" method for analyzing a transmission line corner can not give odd mode impedance,even mode impedance change,not give differential mode noise,not give root causes ofdifferential mode noise.using secondary Simulation data make very serious error.In this paper,we analyze the differential transmission line corner from the frequency domain.Differential-mode signal noise component of reflections and common mode signals to differential mode signals caused by the corner differential mode impedance changes.common-mode signal noise component of reflections and differential mode signals to common mode signals caused by the corner differential mode impedance changes.In the corner is given in odd and even mode impedance mode impedance change and a new,more suitable for complex electromagnetic environment of the proposed transmission line on the basis of the relationship between the different corners of the impedance relationship.With multi-use "circuit" method is more accurate compared to the conclusion of this article is more convincing.
