The Research Of Computer Network Operation C2 Organization

With the development of the information technology, the war space expands from the traditional physical space like the land, the sea, the air and the outer space, to the virtual information space. Represented by the network war, the computer network operation is as a new campaign mode and mean, will play more and more important role in the future information war. But compared to the traditional physical space, the virtual information space is a new space It has special characters which result in that the traditional Command and Control(C2) organization models don't work well in the computer network operation. In order to enhance the computer network operation capability, the great military powers have enhanced the research on the theories of the C2 organization model and processing. Based on the background, this thesis discusses deeply the C2 organization model for the computer network operation.First, the requirement of the computer network operation C2 is analysed.According to the characters of the computer network operation's space is different from those of the traditional physical space, this article summaries the characters of the computer network defense(CND),the computer network attack(CNA) and the computer explore(CNE) from the progressing and the operational principles of the using tools, analyses what affects these characters bring to the computer network operation C2,and last points out these affects lead to what characters the organization of computer network operation C2 needs.Second, the organization of the computer network operation C2 is analysed。According to the characters of the computer network space and three computer network operation styles, and their influences of computer network operation C2,we analyses and definitudes the C2 structure levels and the entities of the computer network operation C2;analyses the command relations between the structure levels, the structure's change of the C2 organization and the problem of the resource collocation. All of these are the base of the design of the model.Third, the organization model of the computer network operation C2 is devised.Based on the analysis of the organization of the computer network operation C2,first,we point out the theory of the design of the organization of the computer network operation C2;second,under the direction of the theory, we build the organization of computer network operation C2;third,we expatiate the resource collocation of this model and explain why this model adapts the requirements of the computer network operation.
