With the development of computer technology, intelligent electronic products appear in people's lives, and gradually optimize the people's life. In the field of control, intelligence era is coming. Speed, stable, visualization, intelligence is the significant characteristic of modern instrument technology. Industrial intelligent instrument meets the industrial need and greatly liberates the productive forces.Diffusion/oxidation as an important equipment, must be able to work which has the command of long time working, high precision and high stability. Nowadays, the diffusion/oxidative equipment mainly consists of PLC and industrial PC. As intelligent electronic appearing and being approved, the appearance of a new generation of diffusion/oxidation based on ARM is impossible. ARM which is designed based on RISC has perfect characteristic of powerful function and low consumption, and has 32/16-Bit instruction set.The subject research the diffusion/oxidative control system based on the ARM. S3C2440 having the rich resources, high internal investigations and stability, easily realizes intelligent control system with friendly human-machine interface.Firstly, the paper introduces the system solutions and the basic principle of hardware. This system uses the operation system of WinCE which can rapidly development drivers and applications. WinCE can realize perfect windows, and make more humanized system. In order to realize the data storage, system use CEDB.
