According to "26th China Internet Development Statistics Report" which is released by China Network Information Center (CNNIC) shows: As of June 2010, the Chinese netizens exceeded 400 million mark, the scale of mobile phone users reached 277 million, both the largest in the world. Meanwhile, in the field of electronic payment ,2005-2010, the domestic electronic payment transactions increased by over 100% for six consecutive years, an increase of nearly 30 times in the size of transactions. A large user base, a huge amount of bank card issuers, habit of users' pay, and maturity of the whole industrial chain formed the basis of electronic payment services. With the rapid development of electronic payment services, how to optimize the payment acceptance environment and provide consumers more convenient and secure means of payment, increase user stickiness, as placed in the major telecom operators, banks, third-party payment platform in front of problems. As the 3G era, to meet the above conditions of mobile payment services in a number of payments to the fore, people of all ages, are gradually into the daily lives of ordinary people. In Japan and South Korea and other developed countries, 80% of the consumption of mobile phone users'payment to use the phone payment functions. In China, the major telecom operators also have an urgent need to launch mobile payment services to seize the market.My company has been engaged in the business of electronic payments, I had the honor to participate in a number of related projects in design and implementation. In this paper, I focus on research and implement of mobile payment system based on 2.4G RFID, theoretical analysis and engineering implementation, achieved the following:First, the need to address the problem of user payment terminal, make use of 2.4G RFID technology on the side of users' mobile terminal. I analyze the implement of 2.4G RFID SIM / UIM card, mainly from the card hardware structure, software architecture, and the protocol between 2.4G RFID SIM / UIM card and RFID reader's RF. Also, I introduced the application of the mobile payment services technology.Secondly, build mobile payment system to achieve these business scenarios. Mobile payment system needs to pay account management, trading, clearing and liquidation process. Through analysis of the requirements, I research the framework of mobile payment system and the function to be achieved, and I used Socket, MQ, database, etc. technology to construct the platform.Meanwhile, in order to solve the user menu for the mobile wallet OTA recharge the problem, how to apply the OTA technology to mobile payment system based on 2.4G RFID is studied. Analyze OTA business process, analyze that how Mobile payment system implement these business need to recharge mobile wallet, lock / unlock, RFID on / off functions, and to achieve the above functions.Finally, I analyze of users' security requirements of mobile payment services and to build a complete mobile payment security system. In the transaction, user data confidentiality, integrity, non repudiation, and the platform side of information security were planned.Through these researches, mobile payment system based on 2.4G RFID is proved feasible, and meets with the mobile payment users, telecom operators need. Although the mobile payment users, telecom operators, industrial chain manufacturers in the relevant scenes of this business, process, business development, has not yet formed a clear line of thought. But, compared to other counterpart payment methods, based on 2.4G RFID technology, mobile payment businesses have greater advantages. At last, with its own distinct advantage, mobile payments based on 2.4G RFID will occupy a place in mobile payment area.
