In recent years, the rapid development of electronic communication technology has greatlychanged the way of people’s life. On the one hand, with the popularization of mobiletelecommunication, cell phone has become an integral part of People’s Daily life, on the otherhand, RFID technology has made people’s consumption patterns gradually convert from thetraditional single cash consumption way to diversified consumption patterns of the combinationof electronic expense and cash consumption. How to realize mobile payment by combiningmobile phone with RFID is a hotspot of research at present.This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of the mobile payment platform.The payment platform is composed of MCU module, SIM module, RF modules and antenna. Itnot only has the same function as a SIM card but also close payment. The MCU is used to makethe SIM module and RF module work well together and store payment related data into FLASH.To help users check mobile payment related information on mobile device, the STK technologyis employed to add the mobile payment application menu to the SIM dynamic menu.The security of mobile payment system is an important aspect that must be considered. Asthe data between payment platform and reader is exchanged through wireless link, the system isvulnerable to the external environment and attacker. In order to ensure the safety of the mobilepayment system, a self-synchronous safe authentication protocol based on dynamic ID andrandom number is put forward. The system can be restored to synchronized status on thecondition of increasing the system complexity properly while the data update out of sync.
