Mobile IPv6 protocol is one of the most important agreement in all IP mobilecommunication, mobile IPv6 handover scheme is the important research of this protocol.The FMIPv6 and HMIPv6 handover scheme can reduce the handover delay and packetrate in some extent, to further reduce the handoff delay and packet rate, this paperproposes the F-HMIPv6 handover scheme based the two handover scheme.F-HMIPv6 handover scheme mainly improved the MAP selection algorithm in theHMIPv6 handover scheme, algorithm based on the mobile node's moving speed andmoving trajectory to choose a more reasonable MAP, and increased the cachemechanism in the MAP to reduce the number of packet loss while the mobile node isdisconnected; added the LinkUp trigger mechanism in the proposed F-HMIPv6scheme .mobile node can select appropriate for link handover according it's movingspeed and the location of AR to reduce the movement detection delay; simulated theproposed F-HMIPv6 handover scheme in the OPNET ,compared the simulation data inMAP selection algorithm improved and increased caching mechanism before and after ,verified that the F-HMIPv6 handover is feasible.
