With the development of electronic technology, burst flashing signal lamp is widely used in many fields. It is an important research subject to improve the quality of burst flashing signal lamp. Therefore, the quality test of burst flashing signal lamp has important significance and widely application value. However, to tested quickly and accurately detected the burst flashing signal from mass of products is still the key problem to be sloved. In the dissertation, an intelligent detector for burst flashing signal lamp is designed for product testing and assessment.First of all, the working principle and main working parameters of burst flashing signal lamp are analyzed and elaborated detailed in this dissertation. The overall design scheme of the intelligent detector for burst flashing signal lamp is formulated on the basis of the analysis。In this scheme, the control core is the STC series single chip. The intensity of flash light and the triggered signals are tested synchronism by optical sensors. The electrical parameters are tested by peak detection circuit. Meanwhile, the working voltage of test for the products under test is supplied by program-controlled power which controlled by STC single chip.Secondly, the output voltage of the program-controlled power is set as 5V 100V, in order to take care the burst flashing signal lamp of multiple working voltage, in the design of program-controlled testing power. Because of the large varying ratio of the output voltage, two levels DC - DC series commutation schemes were adopted to improve the working efficiency of program-controlled switch power.Finally, the detector not only tests automatically the main work parameters of burst flashing signal lamp, but also detects automatically the main work parameters which in timing sequence. After the test, the data and analysis results is showed in TFT LCD of 320 x 240 bit map.The experimental results show that this scheme about the design of the intelligent detector for burst flashing signal lamp is feasible, and the principle is correct. The detector not only can increase the product quality, extend product life, but also determine the location of the products in question, reduce the costs of use and maintenance of the burst flashing signal lamp.
