The Research Of Enterprise Information Resources Sharing Model

This dissertation takes the research into the information resources sharing model of enterprises as an important penetrative and sparking point for the joint research into enterprise management study. It not only makes the selected topic have the characteristics of theoretical forefront, realistic orientation and practical instruction, but also foregrounds the overlapping and merging among different branches of learning. Furthermore, this dissertation broadens the new patterns and methods for the research into enterprise management study.It can be divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 expounds the source of the selected topic at first and then puts forward the dissertation's threads, methods, content and originality on the basis of analyzing the background and significance of the topic and commenting on the domestic and foreign results about the information resource sharing model of enterprise. Chapter 2 focuses on analyzing the definition, procedures, and methods of the sharing of information resources within the corporate sector,sharing of information resources within the enterprise and information sharing between enterprises on the basis of defining the connotation. Chapter 3 is based on the analysis of the information resource sharing model, and proposed the deficiencies of enterprise information resources sharing model. The conclusion and analysis about the enhance of enterprise information sharing model are given in the Chapter 4. This chapter intends for the principal factors which prompt the information resource sharing model structure in enterprises, setting three specific countermeasures for enhance the performance of the information resource sharing: improve the company's core values; encourage the development of staff to establish a positive attitude; improve execution of enterprise information resource sharing activities. .
