With the universal application and the rapid development of modern information technology and network communication technology, information resources plays an important role in today's economic and social development, the effective using of information resources is closely related to the sharing of information resources, as an important resource for human society, one of the biggest feature of information resource is sharing. Many foreign scholars proved the great role played by the information resources in human society. China scholars also placed the development and utilization of information resources in the important strategic position, considering it can create wealth directly and achieve maximum economic efficiency, it can applied to humans and the various aspects of decision-making activities widely, and optimize the selection and decision-making behavior, achieve the desired objectives. First, analyze the research results of domestic and foreign about sharing of information resources, and then the construction of the test area and sharing of information resources to analyze current situation, to grasp the basic situation of information sharing.
