Office Automation System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, the globalization of the Internet/Intranet, and the coming of information-based society, the paperless office OA system improve greatly cooperation between employees and working efficiency. Nowaday, OA system has become a trendency because it is widely used not only in large enterprises but also in small ones. More and more professionals are attracted into this field and this promotes the development and maintenance of the OA system.In this system, it involve many modules, including enterprise information, enterprise performance, personnel information, audit instruction, attendance management, individual planning and employee community. One enterprise information module is allowing employees to check the system of the company and public information; Enterprise performance module is used to check the departments and achievement; Personnel information module is an access to the company arrangement and activities; Audit instruction module is employed to check the instruct and approval information from employees. The attendance management module is to manage the staff attendance; Individual planning module is used for setting their own work plan; employee community module is applied to modify personal information.The design of this system is based on the process-oriented method, using the Windows platform with the perfect combination of PHP and Mysql .Server is apache, and programming environment is in Zend Studio. Each functional module is seperately written and the database operation is performed through the database configuration files. The final system realizes the setting goals, so it can be applied in the inside the enterprise.
