College Student Fee Management System Architecture Design

As I have personally involved and responsible for the management of students'tuition for move than a decade, thus, I can understand this system better than others. There are some disappointments in operable, timeliness and docking function with external users.Although the current college student fees management system has realized to toll the university student fees, comprehensive statistics, online inquiries and other functions, alleviated greatly the student charges workload, improved work efficiency. Understand the college charge work knows. There will be several difficulties in using current university student fees management system. According to the daily management process, first receiving data from admissions, the data format from enrollment Department is not necessarily meet the tuition management system requirements, as the caliber is not consistent; second the system's initialization is hard to carried out, for there must be a strong professional staff who dedicated to the initial, besides, it is also a time-consuming work. Third, it is difficult to dock and exchange date with banks; Fourth, the scene at the concentrated charge was amass; Fifth, it is difficult to exchange data with external users, for example, branch campus, the enrollment, educational ad administration, Logistics Services Department etc. Besides it is always a lack of timeliness, the school departments'staff was dissatisfied with those who in charge of students'fees.This paper aims to construct a relatively perfect modern university student fees management system, mainly to solve the functional deficiencies in interoperability, timeliness and docking with external users. It is easy for the staff and use to use the modem college student fees management system, greatly improved student fees management system utility, efficiency, making university charge management work more effectively. The application of this system is look forward.The system is based on the combination of C/S and B/S structure model, by using camp as network plat form, formed a powerful network for charging. The system will use the MS SQL database, WIN NT (Sever 2000) network operation platform, and VB, ASP, DOT NET development tools.
