Study On Data Exchange Framework Of Enterprise Heterogeneous Management Information Systems

With the rapid development of computer technology, especially Network Information Technology, environment for survival enterprises has entered the information age. The informatization of products has become the core competitiveness of products which the enterprises to improve. In the process of enterprise development , the data are inconsistent when information exchange between PDM and ERP. Because of the different system environment, information is difficult to normally interact. It seriously hampered the development of enterprise informationization. So, in the heterogeneous environment, building the data exchange framework between enterprise information systems is extremely important significance for eliminating"Closed information"existing between information systems in the enterprise.Based on analysing existing heterogeneous data integration, this paper overall analyses the information of PDM and ERP systems, intensive studies data integration between PDM and ERP systems, and extracted the data information of links between the two information systems. On this basis, using of XML related technologies to build a heterogeneous data mapping model of interactive information of PDM and ERP systems. The method of enterprise heterogeneous information integration is proposed. And the framework of data exchange between enterprise heterogeneous management information systems is built (heterogeneous data exchange framework for short ).The primary works in this thesis include:Firstly, this paper researches the related theories of PDM and ERP system, and heterogeneous system integration. Analyzing the origin of heterogeneous data between two information systems, and some problems which integration required to solve.Secondly, according to XML having flexibility, expandability, strong self-descriptive characteristics etc and combining with the relevant norms of XML technology, this paper proposes based on XML mapping model of heterogeneous data which masks the differences of the underlying data. During data between two information systems interacts, using uniform data format can transparentize the interaction between systems.Thirdly, this paper designs the data exchange interfaces between PDM and ERP systems and builds the framework of enterprise heterogeneous data by using Web Services technology.
