Victory Drilling Enterprise Planning Management Information System Design And Implementation

Shengli Oil Field Yellow River drilling Co. is a professional engineering company belonging to SINOPEC, which has more than 8 branches. In order to improve the work efficiency, quality as well as realize the automation of the production planning and cost planning, a comprehensive plan management system was established, which will benefit official affairs with comprehensive information collection, processing and exchange. Based on advanced computer information processing technology, the original manual paper-based transaction processing in office will be turned into automation, and standardization of digital information technology process.Combing Asp.NET with CastleProject + Nhibernate + nVelocity + Log4Net technology, Comprehensive plan management system was designed and developed based on "comprehensive plan based on Asp.NET management system", and MVC model was adopted with DotNet Framewrok as the operating environment. Detailed needs analysis was executed for the comprehensive plan management system, and the system structure, function modules was designed with the establishment of a comprehensive project management system, database structure was developed to realize the main comprehensive plan system functions.With application of a comprehensive plan, the production planning and cost planning accuracy was improved, and work efficiency was increased, as well as promoting and enhancing the industry's overall level of program management information.This paper was focused on production planning, cost planning program management and basic data processing, in addition to taking into account the follow-up to the compatibility of the business management system, such as production planning and associated cost plans. It will benefit the nature and forward-looking of the program, with scientific and reasonable arrangement software system, the latter cost in system upgrades can be avoided.
