Situation assessment is a key technique for high level processing of data fusionsystem, one of the important problems of this issue is the recognizing of the enemy’splan of action and predicting the possible change of the situation in the near future onthe base of comprehensively analyze the elements related to situation assessment.Data fusion system is combined of five subsystems. it is helpful to comprehensivelyhold and improve its performance through integration and test. The key points are the study of plan recognizing and the integration and test of thedata fusion system. The concept of Key-Evidence would be given in this paper whichmeans the battle field events with clear tactical intention, and there would be also adeep discussion the improving affect made by the concept to the expression form of thetemplate based military plan. The former algorithm of plan recognizing was alsorefreshed with the change of its base in the system. With CLIPS, the realizing of newrecognizing algorithm was given. The main content of the integration and test to the system in this paper was aboutmulti-source data associate and situation assessment. For the testing of multi-sourcedata associate, the verification and improving of the effectiveness and robustness of thealgorithm of different type data is the important point. The situation assessment partwas also advanced by the analysis of the test result, the human-computer interactionfunction was added to the system, and the consistency of multi-views was alsoimproved. The relative software systems were tested by multi-scripts. The results showed thatthe improved algorithm of plan recognize could significantly move up the time point ofthe plan be recognized, it means the time performance was greatly advanced. And theground force clustering and command post recognition was also shown the expectedcorrectness and effectiveness.
