So, the thesis has used the computer technology and the software programming techniques to develop a set of suitable management system.The system is also very necessary, that can provide decision-making for the company's leadership, and so as to provide a good foundation.This thesis has analyzed the object-oriented design method, and summarized the difference of the c/s and b/s mode of the system's architecure. The thesis has further expounded the key techniques related to the system, involving : Delphi technique and SQL Server technology.The thesis has cleared the functional demand in detail, then mainly studied the overall design of the functional module, including:commodity outbound management, commodity sales management, inventory management, inventory cost management and system maintenamce, etc. Then, the thesis has designed the system databse, and analyzed the realization of three layers framework based on the Delphi and SQL Server environment. The thesis has discussed the realization of key systematic function. At last, the thesis has tested the function and performance of system, and showed that the availability of Shanhai XingPing company enterprise management system.
