With the development of information-based manufacturing industry going, the high availability and non-outage of numerical control machine is urgently needed . Within this background, it becomes much more imptantant of having a good of machine diagnosis and maintaince system. This thesis is exactly doing the study on how to make use of Web-based IT technogogy to manage the faut of numerical control machine under the open numerical control machine system,The first part of thesis intrduces the pre-exsiting issues in the management of domestic enterprise equipment diagnosis and maintaince. Then study the critical technology of Web-based software system which is mainly focus on the server side's active server and database access methods. Combined with the technology of faut diagnosis of numeric control machine, the thesis studies several kinds of methods of pre-existing CNC falut diagnosis and analyze by drawing bussincess flow graphs. The third part of thesis mainly does the requirement analyse of MIS of numeric control machine. With the requirement analyse , the MIS of NC-Machine is divided into 5 modules. They are device information management, device faut diagnosis and repair management, devie profile management, spare parts management and system users management. Sequentially, the induction of system's detail design and implementation comes. The main technology of implemention is JSP|+Servlet+JavaBean structure with MySQL database support. By doing Function Test and System Accept Test, the system verifies its feasibility and make the base for the future further improvement.
