Qinzhou Port Logistics Information System Design And Realization

With the Beibu gulf economic zone as national stragegy and Qinzhou port as a significant part in Beibu gulf, Qinzhou Port Group Co., Ltd must shoulder important responsibilities in the development process of Beibu gulf opening. But Qinzhou Port Group Co., Ltd information management has not completed. The external business informaion is to be developed and there is no comprehensive information process platform. The logistics information management almost did not start and lacking of information sharing, coordination mechanism, unified logistics information exchage system and serious waste of resources, which greatly hampered the economic development of the Qinzhou port.This thesis analyzes the business situation of Qinzhou Port Group Co., Ltd and introduces several common development technologies. Based on the logistics information system theories and used ASP technique, developed the function and performance of Qinzhou port logistics information system. In information systems developing process, the B/S has some advantages such as simple to use, easy to maintain, good compatibility, easy expansion, safe and secure and information sharing compared to the C/S , so we developed the Qinzhou port logistics information system based on the B/S structure. Then basic information management module, client management module and container yard management module were tested. On the whole the system has made a certain effect.
