With development of port container logistics and the advancement of the information management, logistics information system arises. It offers efficient management for many logistics enterprises including port container companies, and promotes optimal resource allocation within the enterprise. Especially, the integrated logistics system can provide more knowledge from data and provide decision support for the enterprise. It is a method to enhance the production efficiency and the core competitiveness of enterprises. Because of the rising of Yingkou Port business volume, it is necessary to build the container logistics information system which meets its specific needs. The Yingkou port container logistics information system integration management is not only to expand the scale of production, improve efficiency, but also conforms to the trend of the times. This paper will carry on the research and design of the integrated management of Yingkou port container logistics information system.This paper first gave an introduction to the development of container logistics, analysed the the value of integration management, and did research of logistics management information system both at home and abroad. Then the paper introduced technology applied in the system, page technology, database technology and development platform are included. According to the actual situation of Yingkou Port, we made demand analysis from orgnization structrue, transport business process and system data. Based on demand analysis, we then designed and implemeted the system. This integrated management system including four modules, including system management module, commodity information management module, container information management module and freight information management module. The system management module mainly includes the system maintenance, basic data management, interface management and user management. The commodity information management module includes generation waybill, enterprise customers or clients personal file establishment and to provide the corresponding service. The container information management module mainly includes sending box and returning box and other functions. The freight information management module mainly includes storage management and database management and other functions. All these modules are integrated together, covering the entire process of port container logistics service chain, aiming to manage the whole process in logistics business. Finally, we tested and verified the system, summarized our work and the advantages and characteristics of the system. Container logistics information system integrated management can help to manage and coordinate logistics business in the process of the whole business chain, it can promote the operational efficiency, standardize the management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, at the same time, it can be a reference for similar logistics information systems.
