We have taken "Study on the Management Effects of Newspaper Media under Socialist under Socialist Market Economy" as my object of research. In the light of the actual situation and the problem in the management effects of Chinese newspaper media. I mainly did research on the characters of many beneficiaries of newspaper media's management effects in the circumstances of socialist market economy, news requests of newspaper media's management because of separateness of the management effects newspaper media's beneficiaries, and on quantitative evaluation and demonstration study on the management effects of newspaper media's organizations.Firstly, I discussed the concept of many beneficiaries on newspaper media's management effects. I pointed out that, under socialist market economy, there were three beneficiaries of the management effects newspaper media, i.e. society (state), newspaper media organization and newspaper industry. And they had different main targets. Specifically, the main target of our society was to get social effects, while that of newspaper media was to own economic benefits, and that of newspaper industry was to develop itself and obtain long-term benefits. It explained preferably the bepuzzlement on conflict between social effects and economic benefits of newspaper media's organizations.Then, in the light of separateness of the management effects newspaper media's beneficiaries, I pointed out that there are two principal contradictions in the management effects of newspaper media. One is about priority between social effects of the state and economic benefits of newspaper media. The other is between the farsighted benefits of the whole newspaper industry and the short-term benefits of the partial newspaper media. Moreover, resolutions to the main contradictions were put forward, the main bodies were defined, and measures to improve the restrict mechanism were introduced.Finally, quantitative evaluation and demonstration study was made on the management effects of newspaper media's organizations. According to the characteristics of newspaper media's management effects, the comment criterion system of social effects of newspaper media was constituted. So was the system of economic benefits. And certain methods to evaluate the index were discussed by approach of AHP. According to the characteristics of criterion, the model of fuzzy evaluating of social effects of newspaper media was built up. So were the model of thesummation of the relative indexes, and the model of evaluation of total benefits. And demonstration study was made to four newspapers of ChongQing.
