| With the railway six "great speed", measures of railway direct stations reform and productivity distribution adjustment implemented, the train speed, transport density and trains of Inter-bureau long routing were increased continuously, contradiction between the maintenance of railway traffic equipments, the construction of lines and the efficiency of rail transport was exacerbated ulteriorly. While, currently, the whole infoemation level of railway consruction management was quite low, and all links mainly used manual operation mode, the labor-intensive was rather large, efficiency was rather low, error rate was high, information was not smooth, and job links was cumbersme. By information maens, construct an integrated management information system with unified standard for railway construction, to adapt the actual demand both efficiency and safty and to meet the needs of information suppor for railway rapid development.First, the situation of construction management of each railway administration was stated in detail.Then the plan and realization of railway construction comprehensive management information systems were studied. According to the theory of software engineering,the managements of railway construction monthly plan, day plan, construction scheduling command, operation reveals command are process analyzed,demand analyzed,data flow analyzed.And railway construction comprehensive management information system architecture model based on Web model is presented,which solves many key problems such as Multi-user synergy for examination and approval,construction plan of automatic generation,construction safety control. Based on requirement analysis, overall design, and algorithm discussion, analyse and design the system goals, function module, database design and security measures detailed, and achieved these functions,include monthly plan,daily plan for railway construction, the decleration, approval, issued, formard, data summary and output, etc, to make the preparation, management be more convenient, efficient, and specification, and improve all links in whole construction management work flow. |
