Research And Implementation Of Railway Profile Maintenance's Calculation And Simulation System

The railway profile's maintenance is an important part of the railway lines' maintenance.In order to reduce cost, some railway bureau finish profile's correction and improvement in comprehensive maintenance. At present, the construction design is completed manually by workers, and lack of perfect computer-aided design system.Therefore, the research and implementation of railway profile maintenance's calculation and simulation system for comprehensive maintenance is significant for improving the railway profile maintenance's quality and efficiency.It researched and designed the railway profile maintenance's calculation and simulation system based on the center line level surveying data's calculation method,the cubic spline interpolation function method.database technology,VC++ technology,Excel reading and writing technology and unified modeling language.It realized the calculation of track's elevation based on the center line level surveying data's calculation method and Excel's reading and writing technology.It used the cubic spline interpolation function to fit the railway profile which had a continus first derivative,and design the rules to identify the slope changing points.It dynamiclly drawed the axis,profile line and thumbnail of the line based on the user's operation In the single document interface framework of MFC.It designed friendly user interface,realized the user's authentication function,original data's management function,processed data's management function,profile design function,results' view and report printing function based on VC++6.0 integrated development environment in Windows XP.The operation results showed that the system can design the railway profile for comprehensive maintenance and show the results which can be printed. The system has universality and expansibility to some extent.It can improve the worker's efficiency which is meaningful to improve the quality of railway profile's maintenance, ensure the traffic safety and improve the transportation efficiency.
