Multi-wavelength have an advantage of compact construction, outputing simultane-ously, selecting single to output or covering a wider band et al, and have used widely on interference holo' graphy, fine laser spectroscopy, nonlinear frequency conversion technology, laser medizin and other fields. Multi-wavelength laser have become the hot topic of nonlinear optic in and abroad. Solid state laser has the broadly applied perspective in the high brightness laser color display, laser color printing and other equipment and the areas of entertainment,which achieve multi-wavelength output at the same time. In this paper, we used Nd:YAG crystal as laser gain medium to produce the fundamental frequency laser of 1064nm, through the nonlinear crystal of KTP, LBO, BBO respectively and after SHG or Sum frequency, we can choose someone laser output of 532nm,355nm, and 266nm.1, Full understanding the development of solid-state lasers and nonlinear optics, and we analyze the development of multi-wavelength lasers.2, About the laser medium in this paper,we analyze the physical, chemical and optical properties of the Nd:YAG crystal. Also we analyze and summary the related technologies of the laser resonator, and introduce several typical cavities, the Q-Switch theory analysis, and summarize several methods of Q-Switch.3, A theoretical analysis of SHG technology. From three-wave interaction of coupled wave equations, we draw out the phase matching techniques and compare with the two phase matching techniques and further studied. We analyze and study the characteristics of three commonly used nonlinear crystal, that is KTP, BBO, LBO.4, Experiment is studied Using the light-pumped Nd:YAG four-wavelength laser when the pumped current or voltage is 850V, we obtained the laser output energy of 1064nm is 1000mJ. Using the nonlinear crystal KTP for SHG, we obtained output energy of the 532nm laser is 498mJ. Using the nonlinear crystal LBO for sum frequency, the outputing energy of 355nm is 199mJ. Using the nonlinear crystal BBO for SHG with 532nm,the outputing energy of 266nm is 78mJ.
