With the developments of science and technology, a new focus on using high frequency laser to communicate on space satellite becomes more and more important in modern times. Although the spatial laser communication has not been implemented truly until now, High-speed transmission system of the laser communication is an important part of the spatial laser communication system, and the high-speed electro-optic modulation technology is the most important part in the transmission system of the laser communication.This paper simply introduces the transmission system,and this paper mainly research:(1) Electro-optic modulation technique, the principle of design in electro-optic modulation system.(2) Electro-optic modulation launching system's performance index and design proposal.(3) Doing experiments to validate the Electro-optic modulation launching system's performanceExperimental results indicate that the system reaches expected functions, which is capable of the high quality laser communication.
