Workflow technology, originates from office automation, is a new information processing technology. With the development of the technology of computer and the Internet, workflow technology plays a huge role in promoting the development of enterprise informatization. So the security of workflow gets more compelling, and the access control of workflow management system is becoming an important research project.First of all, this thesis analyzes the theory of access control, including the traditional model of access control DAC, MAC, RBAC and so on, and makes an in-depth study of a new model access control UCON. Then, this thesis analyzes the workflow and workflow management system. Access control of workflow management system is also analysed.On the basis of the above research, this thesis puts forward the security of access control of workflow management system based on UCON. In this thesis, in order to achieve the security of access control, the access control system puts UCONABC model into the workflow, adds to RBAC access control model, and puts reference monitor into workflow management system. For each access request, according to subject properties, their roles, object properties, operation, obligation, as well as condition, the access control system makes judgments whether it has access permission or not. And before access, in access, or after access, access control system renews the subject and object properties, which ensure the security access control of workflow management system, enhancing the robustness of the system greatly.This thesis analyzes the workflow of the public vehicle maintenance, explains in details the security of access control of system at the different stages, and applying Windows Workflow Foundation and ASP.NET technology, workflow management system of the public vehicle maintenance based on UCON is realized. Finally, this thesis summarizes the findings, describes the shortcomings and shows the aspects have to be improved.
