Today that is under the information-based tide, most business enterprises carry on information-based construction. Information System provides strong support upon effective information process of the produce process and management process, but in the face of the dynamic changeful market environment, the traditional information management platform is short of flexibility to reflect the dynamic of the process. Business Process Reengineering needs the advanced flow-modeling and analysis method to describe, analyze and estimate work-flow, under this situation, the traditional information system also turn out to be inefficient. In order to overcome the shortage of the control of the business process, the workflow technology comes forth. It is consist of process modeling, model analysis, model execution and model maintenance, it can improve all the shortage which is described above and is an efficiency method for the process management so far.This dissertation will research on how the information system combine and make use of workflow technology to make up the shortage which is the short of the control of the business process, and make the information system support the management process better.In theory, combining workflow and the layered structure of PetShop3.0 comes into be a universal three-layer framework model for the project which based on .Net platform. This framework model makes use of WWF instead of the BLL and Model modules of the business logic layer in the former structure and makes the implement scheme of the business logic layer change a lot. The framework model also solves the continuous-modification problem of the former structure and lowers the dependence between layers.In practice, put the model into the optimizing design of the shopping mall system and adjust the implement scheme of the system. The use of WWF divides one big function module into several independence and low-coupling function modules, improves the dependence of the module greatly, enhances the control of the business process, realizes the transition from information system to workflow management system, test the feasibility of the three-layer framework model and make the information system support the management process better.
