System design of the main module has: announce management, user management, rights management, online petition, case management, each module and contains can realize several different function son module. The design can not only finish the complaint of the basic information of the management business of information about a complaint reporting, and can make statistics and query, realize the information sharing and the function calls, which saves office time, improves work efficiency, already easing the complaint of lacking resources. It has also accelerated pressure complaint handling cases speed, basically can satisfy the current information under the needs of social complaint. With the continuous development of society, the new problems and new contradictions are constantly emerging, the complaint business demands subsequently continuous improvement, this system also will be regularly updated to adapt to the needs of the social development.
