Analysis And Design Of China Railway Truck Tarpaulin Management Information System

China Railway truck tarpaulin management information system is an important part of the railway container informatization construction,an urgent demand for transition from extensive management to fine management, an upgrade and business extension of the original tarpaulin management information system, thus the construction of the overall tarpaulin management information system.This paper adopted lightweight Rational unified process (RUP) with agile development characteristics as software development methods, unified modeling language (UML) as analysis and design description language and J2EE platform as the technical framework. Through comprehensive analysis of businesses of the truck tarpaulin management system, and adopting demand analysis process based on modern software engineering problem analysis method and demand inspiring models and combining the system with agile development ideas, this paper eventually implements this system as a combination of equipment management, daily data management, dispatching management, cost liquidation, dynamic tracking, asset inventory and data reporting subsystems, and further subdivides this system into smaller modules.This paper discusses the current situation of tarpaulin system and business process, and then steers into solution space from problem space, establishes the system demand models, expounds on the system needs to solve the main problems. In system design stage,this paper first established the technical framework, functional structure and logical architecture, and then in the detailed design part, expounds on the system logic view, and system interface and database design. Finally,this paper analyzed and discussed the implementation of the key basic modules of this system.The current tarpaulin management information system has been running in China railway container transport Co., LTD successfully, and obtained good results, which can realize for each tarpaulin the whole life cycle of management from input to loading, unloading, operation, sending back, repairing and discarding,and real time control the quantity, state, quality of tarpaulin, greatly improving the efficiency of the container company managing truck tarpaulin.
