With the rapid development of computer networks and Internet, applying an advanced management information system (MIS) and a software development platform to conduct science management and network management of information has been a development trend of RuiCheng medicine information system. With respect to the needs of RuiCheng medicine network management, a business component based on Web technique, a highly adaptable collaborative supporting platform, and a management information system integrated with a B/S structure and advanced ASP. NET+ASP technique are constructed in the present thesis. In order to improve the accuracy and quickness of RuiCheng medicine's information transmission, raise the comprehensive management level of the enterprise, and then be in an assailable position in a rapidly-developing information era, "establishing an information network and achieving modernization of information transmission and management" has been listed as one of work points of RuiCheng Medicine Company. The system relates to each department and each step of the business process of the enterprise, possesses and is a safe online office management information system with the characteristics of multilevel, multiuser, and multiservice.The present thesis first generalizes a basic concept and development process of the management information system, introduces a composition and advantages of a NET framework, discusses briefly an ASP. NET technology. An in-depth research and exploration of the related technical details is done and a design solution of the system is made. This system is designed by using a completely new Object-Oriented Language VB in combination with ASP and applying a Web server control based on a database SQL server. Said system adopts a three-layer structure model and a modular design method, adopts a storage process to realize an operation of low level data, and adopts a NET technology to realize a separation of a core program from a code such that a program code will be safer and execution efficiency will be higher. Meanwhile, security of the system is enhanced by means of beautifying system interface by ASP, security setting, authority distribution, etc. The specific work mainly includes the following aspects of tasks:(1) conducting demands analysis and design of a database, then conduct a detailed system design in the software designing phase, and ultimately realizing a "institute and department office management information system based on Web"(2) Conducting demands analysis and comparison of development tools to determine and use Visual Studio. Net as a development tool of ASP.NET as well as to us SQL SERVER as a backstage database server.(3) Designing and achieving a enterprise information publishing system:designing function modules of information input, information management, etc. and designing a front page and a backstage management page in a new issuing system.(4) Designing and achieving a business management information system:realizing the management function of enterprise business information; the functions of searching, modifying, and deleting business basic information and scientific research information; archives management and file management; and process setting and leader inquiry.(5) Administrator management:designing and achieving user management and authority management. Achieving adding, modifying, and deleting users and a dynamic authority distribution for users.The system designs development projects according to needs of the actual users of RuiCheng medicine. The system realizes various operations of inputting, modifying, inquiring, deleting etc. on the information related to enterprise staffs, the department, and the public, business statistics and report function, and satisfies requirements of information acquirement for various lever users. The system meets the needs in the actual work of RuiCheng medicine, improves office efficiency, and promotes a "no paper office" process in enterprise.
