In recent years, as informatization technology and using and development of PDA,more and more researches combine both to service in various fields, and the results also play a good role and effectiveness. But the researches of PDA in terms of agricultural informatization, especially in the soybean production informatization area, are few. Currently, Professor Qi Northeast Agricultural University and his students conduct related research and development. Soybean industry is a pillar industry of China agriculture,of which yield and quality seriously affect the overall efficiency of China agriculture. However, the development of recent years has experienced a bottleneck.Yield and quality has always been stagnant,lead to foreign genetically modified soybeans running amok in China. In order to promote the development of soybean industry in China and achivev increasing yield and income of soy farmers,We need to respond positively to the country calling for the construction of agricultural informatization beneficial to farmers, and agriculture.The beginning of the article is from agricultural informatization and the PDA, using the informatization means and Artificial Intelligence methods to achieve based on PDA informatization service platform tailored specifically for soy farmers.The artical strengthenes the carrier function of the new PDA, breaks the system limitations, the prenatal, packaging unifiedly delivery and postpartum informatization during Soybean production, variety selection, pest control, balancing fertilization, climate of soil informatization have a high degree of cross-fusion providing support comprehensively for famees managemant and grown soy.To provide caring and useful services for the soybean farmers,make farmers master the cultivation techniques in the field,in the final promote the yield and quality of soy and achieve the increasing yield and income of farmers. The content of this research as follows:(1) We use an optimized C/S development model in construction of the system.,then divide the entire platform into customer based on PDA and server based on PC. Database and all algorithmsprocessing modules are designed on the server.PDA complete interaction with user and links with server (send, request and analyze data).The model improves the performance of the system, greatly promoting the speed of system and achieves basically the zero maintenance of customer. (2) Development environment use Windows Mobile which Microsoft company provide specifically for informatization appliances, mobile applications, consumer electronics, embedded applications. Development platform choose SQL Server2005 as the database in order to use C# by Visual Studio 2008.It use fountain model to make the whole development cycle more flexible and promote the efficiency of the development of system platform.(3) In function implementation, the artical introduce detailedly implementation techniques and tools ofseveral main modules.we respetively introduce realization functional modules of PDA customer and remote server management platform. the main function of PDA is to achieve variety of informatization retrieval and partial reasoning function in soybean planting management,meet the requirement production process informatization provided by agricultural informatization.(4) The article researches a kind of mode for the exchange informatization in forum based on PDA. PDA server can release the related informatization through the application process to solve the problem of product sales, in line with requirement of circulation of agricultural products raised by agricultural informatization.(5) The article researches short message sending function based on SMS. The remote PC by connecting SMS transmits automatically short message to all registered users, praying message short early warning function.(6) In remote data communications,we make use of the underlying services supporting provided by GPRS wireless data services.high-level network communication use TCP / IP,that is remote data communications technology to realize remote data access and correct data transmission between customer and server.This artical realizes soybean integrated informatization service platform software based on PDA which has been tested many times in the development process and after the completion. Test indicates that the software can run PDA and smart phones based on Windows Mobile5.0 operating system and above it. The availability of the system is strong,proving convenient,efficient economical,practical and accurate decision-making informatization services which can mobile in the field.
