In present mobile communication markets, due to the specific advantage, the vehicle-borne "mobile communication" earth station system is getting more and more attention. However, the system is involved with a lot of fields of technology, such as mechanical-structural designing, antenna designing, communication system designing, hardware circuit designing, software programming, automatic controlling and so on., so it is difficult to carry out research on that system. The foreign product is dominant in markets, which is harmful to the economy and security of our country. Therefore, it is necessary to build a mobile communication system of that kind.Based on the author's experience in developing the system, the thesis thoroughly introduces the vehicle-borne "mobile communication" earth station system. The realization of the system includes the antenna design which contains mechanical structure and working mode, the circuit design and algorithm selection which are modulated by the function, and the analysis and solution of the key technology which includes conical scanning and PID control.Currently, the system has been basically completed.The antenna can connect to the satellite fast and exact, and also can maintain the quality of communication, even on the three-dimensional motion simulator. Now ,the system is going through the final test and improve, and expected to be delivered soon.
