Firstly, the paper introduces the basic principles and the topology of CDMA2000 network, and describes the current status of the development of automated testing, summing up the advantages of automated testing. By comparison with traditional testing tools, it points out the necessity of independent development of automated testing tools.Secondly, the automated testing tool PSTT(Push Simply to Test) of the modular design concept based on the CDMA2000 system is proposed in the paper. The tool will be divided into modules to introduce, mainly on the design of the operation and maintenance subsystem architecture, the implementation scheme of auto-control function of automatic control subsystem, and the design of business processing subsystem and carrier subsystem.Business process subsystem is divided into public control module and business module.The public control module controls business encoding and decoding process, and the business module is responsible for the achievement of encoding and decoding of each business, so as to make the whole business process clearer and more convenient to achieve.Finally, the tool is used to achieve simple IP business on the CDMA2000 functional testing, performance testing, abnormal testing and so on, and the test results and performance is analyzed in the paper.Practice proves that the automated testing tool is helpful for automated functional testing.Testers reduce a lot of non-essential work, so that they can devote more time to construct test cases, highly increasing work efficiency.
