On the basis of the campus network, we build a safe, reliable, open and efficient information network and office automation system, provide a modern integrated information management services and achieve the management and transaction automation to improve office efficiency and management level.On the basis of the network environment of office automation system of Ji'ning Medical College as the background, this paper expounds on the detail of the system from design to development and implementation of the whole process, showing each functional module of the system. The system is based on leading-edge B / S structure, which ensures the rational and forward-looking technology. This system also uses other techniques, which ensures that the system has scalability, operability, and better performance. The client just needs a browser and the system runs fast, owns simple operation and is suitable for Intranet/Internet applications, and the system makes realization method various in terms of assisting office work, more fully reflecting the timeliness of the system and its effectiveness.This paper covers the following:the core functionality of the system design and introduction and specifications and test of the system. After the implementation of the system from the testing point of view, the system achieved the design goals, met the needs of daily office of the school to solve the cross-department office operations, and eliminated an isolated phenomenon of all types of information within the school. The system meets the daily needs of school office workers to share information, exchange information and work together effectively, taking into account both the personal office efficiency, and groups that can work together to standardize the work flow, greatly improving the efficiency and bringing substantial changes in office mode to the school.
