Design And Realization Of The Safe Evaluation System Based On Chemical Process Safety Of Phosphorus

With the continuous development of phosphorus chemical industry, process more and more prominent safety issues, safety management of the increasingly heavy. At present, China's phosphorus chemical production enterprise security evaluation process basically no uniform standard, security is basically in the manual evaluation of management, evaluation methods vary greatly, and time-consuming effort, feedback is not timely, the phosphorus chemical process safety ratings Information and networking is imperative for improving China's phosphorus chemical industry's competitiveness and building a strong phosphorus chemical industry is of great significance. In this paper, the national "Eleventh Five-Years" project-micro phosphorus chemical safety assessment decision support system subsystem for the research background, the development of Web-based phosphorus chemical process safety evaluation system.With the needs of. the project, the main work of this paper is:According to the current status of process safety of phosphoric chemistry, analyze operational processes of process safety evaluation of phosphoric chemistry,and taking part in establishing the safety evaluation index system; Researching on safety evaluation method of phosphorus chemical process, applying fuzzy mathematical model and operating conditions of risk analysis to process of safety evaluation; using technology of object-oriented to analyze and design software system; Deploying this software with environment of SSH framework, and combined with Ajax,XML and other open source development system, realizing system's functions of logging,evaluating,report printing,data storage and management.This software system is the first safety evaluation system on phosphorus chemical process, with the expectations to improve productivity and overall competitiveness of national enterprises.
