The Development And Protection Of Information Resource Of Bai People's Dabenqu From The Perspective Of Information Science

The age of information provide the development of Information Science with more opportunities. This article chooses Bai people's Dabenqu, a form of Bai people's folk song, as the research sample. Bai people's Dabenqu is a special kind of compound information resource, which is an endangered intangible cultural heritage. Bai people's Dabenqu considers people as the main carrier, and presents through sound, movement, image and performance skill. It passes from one generation to another through oral teaching which inspires true understanding. The characteristics and the aesthetic habits of Bai people contribute a lot to the generation and development of Bai people's Dabenqu. During the previous period of the research, the author studied relevant document of Information Science, Ethnology, Computer Science, Mass Communication, Sociology and Management Science, which laid the theoretical foundation of the research subject. The author also did thorough field investigation and research by expanding a great amount of questionnaires and investigating many local residents, and collected and analyzed a large number of relevant materials. After analyzing all the information and materials, the author comes to the value of Bai people's Dabenqu. The research on the past and current development and protection of information resource of Bai people's Dabenqu through the analytical methods and techniques of Information Science concludes both experimental values and problems. This article proposes constructional comments and suggestions on the development and protection of Bai people's Dabenqu based on local condition. The purpose of this article is to realize the effective collection, organization and application of the information resource of ethic group, establish security system of the information resource of ethic group, and finally realize the development and protection of ethnic resource from different level and various angle. This article proposes the analysis of the development and protection of compound information resource based on the perspective of Information Science. Starting from the case studies, this article proposes a completely new model of the exploitation of information resources of ethnic group, which is an innovation of both the theory and practice of Information Science. The purpose of this research lies to the protection of the nonrenewable information resource of ethic group. This article stimulates and promotes the inheritance, deliverance and communication of ethnic culture. And the development of culture industry can spur and promote the ethnic regional economic development. Meanwhile, this article to some extent has referential significance to the development and protection of the information resource of ethic group of other ethnic regions.
